Shipping and returns
Shipping
The shipping costs within Germany are 3.90 €, from an order value of 50 € the delivery is free of shipping costs.
For Austria and the Benelux the shipping costs are 4,90 € and from 50 € order value the delivery is free of shipping costs.
For the rest of the EU countries we charge 4,90 € and from 50 € order value the delivery is free of shipping costs.
We ship climate neutral with our shipping service provider DHL.
If your shipping country is not standard with us, then please contact us with all the information about your order and the desired shipping country. We will then inform you about the shipping costs.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown. These costs are not carried by ROALISTA. We have no influence on these fees and can not give you any information about the amount.
Returns
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the goods to us without giving any reason.
A return is excluded for the following items:
- Gift vouchers
- Personalized items
- If this is explicitly stated on the product page
We only accept returns where the jewelry and/or accessories are as new and in an unworn condition.
We ask you to use the original packaging for the return and to enclose the jewelry boxes and velvet bags undamaged.
If the delivered jewelry has a defect or one of the ordered items is missing, please report this immediately to our customer service.
Currently we do not offer free returns.
Please put the delivery bill back into the package. If it is no longer available, you can simply add a handwritten note with the order number and your name. This helps us to allocate your return correctly. Please also note your return address on your package.
Take the package to the parcelservice of your choice.
Please send the package insured and keep the shipping receipt / tracking link.
If the 14-day return window is exceeded and we have not notified you of an extended return policy, your order will be returned to you.
Once your package has arrived at our warehouse and we have checked your return, you will get your money back from us within 10 days. We will use the same payment method as we received your money (unless otherwise agreed).
